We’re seeking a bilingual receptionist to manage our front desk, support our legal team, and serve as the welcoming face of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in all clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Speak fluent, professional Spanish—most client interactions will be in Spanish
- Manage a high-volume phone system: answer all incoming calls politely and efficiently
- Route calls and messages to appropriate paralegals or attorneys
- Control and command the waiting room: ensure a calm, orderly, and respectful environment
- Direct clients to the correct legal team member or paralegal station
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for legal staff
- Collect payments and issue receipts as needed
- Assist with general office support, including copying, scanning, etc
- Help resolve client concerns or direct them to someone who can
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) is required
- Prior experience in a law office or customer service setting is preferred
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work in a busy environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy: comfortable using basic office software, calendar systems, and phone systems
- Friendly, proactive, and highly organized
