We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to oversee all car wash operations ensuring outstanding customer service. Shift Supervisors are hands on in the operation making sure our customers are satisfied and that the facility and equipment are kept in good repair. If you have excellent organizational and team management skills, we’d like to meet you. You will work in a fast paced environment. Ultimately, you will help us create a memorable car wash experience for our customers and increase our profitability.
Responsibilities
Delegate tasks to team members and supervise their performance
Arrange to have shifts covered (e.g. when employees take time off)
Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges
Balance the cash register at the end of the shift
Ensure customer satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints
Open or close the car wash
Inform the next Shift Supervisor about pending tasks
Report maintenance and training needs
Willingness to work outside
Skills
Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or relevant role
Good knowledge of retail operations
Availability to work different shifts, including weekends
A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism
Excellent organizational skills
Team management abilities
Car wash experience is a plus
