Endocrinology Consultants, PC ( https://www.endocrinewellness.com ) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and really-nice-person to be our Practice Operations Administrator , overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy endocrinology practice in Englewood, NJ. This "jack-of-all-trades" role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of professional experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to gain hands-on exposure to multiple aspects of running a medical practice. Medical practice experience is not required, but being a consummate needs-anticipator and organization wiz with an upbeat, positive, can-do attitude is a must!
This position is to be conducted 100% onsite at our offices in Englewood.
Candidates must reside in New Jersey.
ABOUT THE JOB:
You’ll handle a mix of administrative, operational, and project-based tasks that keep the practice running smoothly—from vendor coordination and reporting, to supporting HR functions, scheduling, and patient experience initiatives. This is a great fit for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and service-minded professional who enjoys being a go-to person for a growing medical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day operations of the practice and serve as a key liaison between leadership, staff, and vendors.
Manage office logistics including vendor contracts, supplies, equipment maintenance, and service providers.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and HR documentation in collaboration with the Practice Administrator.
Coordinate schedules, internal communications, and meetings for leadership and staff.
Monitor and help improve operational workflows to streamline efficiency.
Prepare basic operational or financial reports for leadership review.
Coordinate IT support requests and office technology needs with vendors.
Help maintain compliance documentation and policies (e.g., HIPAA standards).
Provide general administrative support and jump in wherever operational help is needed.
Assist with special projects such as implementing new systems or improving patient experience processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field a plus).
2–5 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination (healthcare or medical office experience a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software systems (experience with EMR/scheduling software is helpful but not required).
Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a small-team environment. KIND!
Ability to work onsite in our Englewood, NJ offices is required.

Compensation:
$80,000-$85,000 base salary DOE + awesome comprehensive benefits package
