Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
Lead and support the sales team, fostering a positive work environment.
Manage inventory, restocking, and product organization.
Assist in packaging products for the sales floor as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and help educate customers on herbal products.
Handle basic administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting.
Requirements:
✅ Must be a U.S. citizen
✅ Able to set up direct deposit/payroll
✅ No issues with banks or receiving payments
✅ Retail or customer service experience preferred
✅ Comfortable working in an herbal/alternative lifestyle shop
✅ Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
✅ Organized, reliable, and willing to assist in all aspects of store operations
