Help Wanted: Call Center Manager with Facility Maintenance Experience
Are you a strong leader with experience in facility maintenance and call center management? We are a growing business specializing in facility repairs for commercial establishments, and we are seeking a serious, results-driven manager to lead our team in a fast-paced call center environment.
About the Role:
As our Call Center Manager, you will oversee a team handling hundreds of work orders, ranging from simple tasks like changing light bulbs to complex repairs such as roof leaks, window replacements, mold remediation, and structural rebuilding. You will be responsible for maintaining efficiency, ensuring top-tier customer service, and keeping projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of up to 10 staff members, each managing approximately 50 active work orders.
Coordinate facility maintenance requests, working with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality service and competitive pricing.
Maintain operational oversight, including profit and loss (P&L) management and regular reporting to senior leadership.
Implement processes to improve workflow, customer communication, and overall team performance.
Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and workplace safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in facility maintenance is a plus; familiarity with subcontractor management and pricing is beneficial.
Leadership and mentoring capabilities—ability to guide, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in typing, phone communication, and office management tools.
Excellent customer service skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
