Someone who can take over the daily operations, keep jobs moving, manage people, solve problems, and help me grow. I need a leader — not just a manager — who’s not afraid to take ownership and make things better.
What You’ll Do:
Run day-to-day operations (scheduling, job tracking, materials, customer updates)
Manage crews and hold people accountable
Improve systems and keep everything organized
Handle follow-ups, timelines, and quality checks
Track performance and help us hit targets
Be the go-to person when something needs to get done
What You Should Bring:
Experience managing people and projects (bonus if it's in renovations or construction)
Strong organizational skills
Common sense, hustle, and follow-through
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable wearing a lot of hats in a small, growing company
Pay: $75K–$80K a year depending on experience, plus bonuses if we hit our goals
Schedule: Full-time, flexible for the right person
