Must be highly organized and personable.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Word, Outlook, and Excel required. Must be able to multitask and be a team player.
Job duties include:
Billing/AP
Month end allocations and journal entries
Managing Accrual schedules
Credit card reconciliation
Maintain general ledger
Monthly financial preparation
Workpaper preparation
Payroll
Property accounting experience required.
