CLIENT OVERVIEW:

Our client is an international high-end spirits & liquor distribution organization looking to add a Demand Analyst. This company is looking for an experienced professional who can grow within the organization and become a key member of the team.

SALARY/HOURLY RATE:

$35/hr - $37/hr

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Demand Analyst will be a part of the finance team. Interpreting and analyzing sales data, market trends, and internal business factors to create accurate reports and analyses. Experience in optimizing inventory and production is a huge plus. A strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel use. This role will be in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on an analytical skill set.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DEMAND ANALYST:

Analyzing sales data and market trends to predict future demand.

Tracking and analyzing forecasts to optimize performance, production, and inventory per specific demands.

Offering insight for strategic decisions.

Supporting the development and improvement of forecasting models for the overall sales and operation planning.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE DEMAND ANALYST:

2 - 4 years of experience in supply chain & finance preferred.

Strong computer skills are required (Excel is a must).

Advanced experience with Excel.

Demand Analyst experience.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE DEMAND ANALYST:

Experience within a major international organization.

SAP or TM1/Cognos is a plus.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience.

An MBA or a CPA is a plus.
