Our commercial real estate firm specializes in shopping center management and development. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Accounting Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process daily bank deposits
Prepare billings for rent, CAM charges, and other fees
Generate reports to track and follow up on delinquent accounts
Prepare rent increase letters
Enter Tenant payment information into property management software
Respond to tenant inquiries regarding billing and payment status
General Administrative functions to include but not limited to answering phones, filing, copying, scanning, and mailings.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or bookkeeping
Experience with commercial real estate accounting preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with accounting software (Yardi, SKYLINE, or similar platforms)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) a plus but not required
