Job Title: Outside Sales RepresentativeLocation: New JerseyPay: Base + Uncapped Commission Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves working closely with our sales manager and another team member to drive sales and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing samples of materials to builders, architects, and tile shops, as well as following up on accounts across various territories.Responsibilities

Run sales operations on the road, bringing samples of materials to builders, architects, and tile shops.

Bring materials to the store and follow up on accounts in different areas.

Work alongside the sales manager and another team member.

Travel to Mount Laurel, NJ, once a week to meet with the team and then travel across NJ.

Present porcelain tiles to showrooms and manage account portfolios.

Pick up materials, meet with the sales manager, and drive to various locations.

Responsible for getting and managing their own accounts, with initial support to build confidence.

Handle inbound service calls from clients and follow up with them regularly.

Essential Skills

Comfortable driving and picking up materials (up to 50 lbs).

Excellent communication skills and a great personality.

Ability to cold call and handle inbound service calls.

Articulate and approachable.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Open to college graduates looking to start a new role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Outgoing personality.

Strong organizational skills.

Experience in sales, outbound calls, and cold calling.

Owns a car.

Work EnvironmentThe role requires significant travel within New Jersey, including a weekly visit to Mount Laurel to meet with the team. The position involves handling materials that can weigh up to 50 lbs. The work environment is dynamic and involves regular interaction with builders, architects, and tile shop owners. The dress code is business casual. There is a bonus structure, a stipend for gas, and one week of shadowing with the sales manager to help new hires get acclimated.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.50 - $28.85Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
