Job Title: Automation TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a semi-skilled mechanic to work on Injection Blow Mold equipment. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting automation problems on plastic processing equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience with automation and electrical systems, with a strong emphasis on documentation and organization.Responsibilities
Troubleshoot automation problems on plastic processing equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
Handle electrical tasks such as changing motors, tracing shorts, and checking fuses.
Document and keep records organized.
Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and other departments.
Fill out work orders and order parts as necessary.
Essential Skills
Experience with automation and electrical systems.
Proficiency in PLC programming and RSLogix.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance.
Electrical experience, including changing motors, tracing shorts, and checking fuses.
Experience with plastic processing equipment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of maintenance experience.
Experience with robotics and programming.

PTO pay is calculated on a regular work week basis and shall be paid at the employee’s regular rate of pay. Approved PTO may be taken in eight- hour increments. The first 40 hours of your PTO bank is considered NJ Sick & Safe Leave hours.
