Imagine your future with us.ABOUT THIS ROLEThe Workplace, Real Estate, and Procurement (WREP) Program Manager supports all of WREP and also maintains a larger focus on core governance functions within the People and Places Organization, in addition to Safety Program Management that is inclusive of Environmental Health & Fire/Life & Safety (EHS) and Global Security and Business Resilience (BC+R).The WREP Program Manager will have responsibility and support of BC+R Program operations, Security and Audible Safety Program execution and collaborate to develop, implement and enforce safety and security policies, fire and emergency management and asset protection. They will maintain ongoing programs and procedures, provide measurable reporting, tracking of program performance and have clear productivity targets based on program requirements and monthly, quarterly and annual goals. In addition, they will be executing programs and partnering with the leads of each area to deliver results and administration of operations, reporting and projects to support and maintain a safe and secure environment at Audible.In conjunction with Facilities Management, Safety and Security Management and BC+R Lead, the WREP Program Manager will provide and enable project prioritization, resource planning and enable strategic decision making through program data and performance metric tracking.ABOUT YOUYou are a skilled professional with an understanding of EHS, BC+R, and Safety and Security Management functions. Support EHS and the BC+R Pillars
Act as the BC+R Lead Alternative
Support BC+R Program Tracking, Reporting and Communications
Support BCiC (Business Continuity in The Cloud) Software Tool, & Operations Activities
Support BC+R Lifecycle Annual Review
Support Crisis Management & manage associated procedures
Support BC+R Special Projects (Covid-19, CIMT Process)
Support BC+R lead on Protiviti Staff Management
Conduct Audible Safety + You Program Management and Audible Safety Warden Program Management
Partner with Audible Security Management for support requirements and reporting
Partner with Amazon functions such as Amazon Corporate Security (ACS), Amazon EHS, Amazon BC
Support reporting to senior leaders and stakeholders globally and prepare regular status reporting and communications for the department
Provide project management for small/medium projects
Support Global WREP initiatives as needed

Bachelor's degree in related field
3+ years of relevant corporate operations, safety, security and/or business continuity management experience
3+ years of team managing experience
Vendor / 3rd Party Resource management experience
Working knowledge of fire prevention, safety, and security operations
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional written and verbal skills to communicate to executive audience
Global thinker with experience working on initiatives involving teams globally
Highly organized individual with strong time management, problem solving, and team facilitation skills
Strong Influencer and excellent relationship builder
Ability to operate in a high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment across a wide range of cultures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
