This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining a high-performance, scalable frontend architecture while championing robust automated testing frameworks. As a key player, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a stable, maintainable, and user-friendly application.Our technology stack features React with TypeScript on the frontend, Python for the API layer, and Playwright/Cypress for test automation. The ideal candidate is a frontend expert with a keen understanding of modern state management, component-driven architecture, and best practices for performance optimization.Key Responsibilities:1. Frontend Architecture & Development

Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable React components.

Implement TypeScript best practices for strongly typed applications.

Architect efficient and optimized state management using Redux , Zustand , or Context API .

Enhance application performance through techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and virtualized lists.

Ensure responsive and accessible UI leveraging modern CSS methodologies (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind , Styled Components ).

2. Test Automation & Quality Assurance

Develop and maintain robust automated testing frameworks using Playwright and Cypress .

Ensure comprehensive unit , integration , and end-to-end testing coverage.

Build test strategies for cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Implement strategies to reduce flakiness in test automation, ensuring stability over time.

Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to seamlessly integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in frontend development with a focus on React .

Strong proficiency in TypeScript , including type safety and advanced typing concepts.

In-depth understanding of modern state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API).

Experience with performance optimization techniques.

Proven expertise in automated testing using Playwright and Cypress .

Hands-on experience with modern CSS methodologies.

Familiarity with CI/CD processes and integrating automated tests.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with backend technologies, especially Python APIs .

Experience with DevOps tools and infrastructure automation.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive web design.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
