To learn more about Medscape’s market research offering, go to: www.medscapemarketresearch.com.The Market Research Project Manager is an essential member of the Client Service team, working to ensure we fully deliver on client expectations. The Manager will be responsible for monitoring for on-time delivery of project requirements and survey taker satisfaction This person will collaborate with internal team members, including Sales/Pre-Sales Project Management and Client Service Manager teams to ensure we are achieving high client satisfaction.Specific responsibilities include:Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of quantitative survey recruitment projects in order to maximize revenue and the number of completes delivered. Manage the scheduling of qualitative interviews Strategically manage volume, interjecting on project communication, especially on projects not meeting feasibility requirements Work closely with Project Management, Pre-Sales and Client Service Manager teams to ensure the success of projects in the field. Provide timely feedback to Project Managers on escalated projects and advise on next steps to be taken Pro‐actively identify recruitment issues and provide suggestions to internal teams to resolve these issues. Ensure project status information is updated on a regular basis by Project Managers, helping to maintain accurate project records and provide timely revenue forecasting updates. Work with internal teams to ensure timely close out and invoice process is followed. Quickly resolve survey taker customer support escalationsSkillsmarket research, survey recruitment, qualitative research, quantitative research, Project managementAdditional Skills & QualificationsQualifications & Experience: 5+ years market research experience including management of survey recruitment, online surveys and qualitative interview management. 5 years of project management experience 5 years of experience with traditional and digital market research techniques Ability to work in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment. Ability to multi‐task among many different projects at once Excellent communication skills via email and phone to manage client expectations and clearly communicate project progression. Ability to problem solve and think creatively to find solutions to recruitment issues. Demonstrated proficiency with MS‐Office (Word & Excel) or Google sheets and Google Documents, a must.Required Education Bachelor’s in marketing, market research, statistics, technology or relevant majors.or equivalent experiencePreferred qualifications Experience in a client facing role or account management Experience within healthcare Experience with managing a teamPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
