Description A growing real estate investment firm is currently seeking a CFO on a long-term contract to full-time basis. The CFO will work with the owners of the business on general strategic planning, long-range planning, and supporting a sustainable growth and scaling plan. The CFO will be highly adept at financial planning, risk management, fundraising, cash flow management, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring legal compliance. The ideal CFO will have prior experience working in the real estate sector, as well as possess experience in investment management. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior accounting/finance position
Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance or Accounting
Proficiency in accounting software and other computer software
Strong communication (written and verbal) skills to interact clearly and effectively in a fast-changing environment
Must have great interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
