The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general litigation and a proven track record of handling cases from inception to resolution. Experience with motion practice, conducting and defending depositions is essential. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills. NJ Licensed attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience
