Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sr. Administrative Assistant in Mount Olive, New Jersey, 07828, United States. The role is in the telecom provider industry and will require a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage various administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Review documents and business agreements, ensuring they align with business needs and provide adequate protection to the organization. Collaborate with internal leadership and stakeholders to align various business and legal requirements or risk management. Conduct intellectual property portfolio research and filings such as trademarks, copyrights, and patents; track related deadlines and ensure maintenance. Maintain a highly organized filing system and all related processes for both established contracts and those in progress. Collaborate with the management team to create or improve risk management policy and procedures. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Utilize skills in Vendor Contracts, Customer Contracts, and Administrative skills to perform the role effectively. Requirements Must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role Proven experience managing Vendor Contracts and Customer Contracts Exceptional administrative skills including organization, time management, and multitasking Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in use of office software such as MS Office Suite Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications a plus Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
