The full timeposition requires an individual who is comfortable with benefits administration systems and client contact and working as part of a global team with counterparts in Manila. The position will be in the United States.Performance ObjectivesClients

Provide operational/transactional support including record keeping, and other transactional-based services. Work requests include invalid terms, rate requests, live mails, election files, error reports, Process controls, Overage procedures, appeals and disabilities, and monthly and quarterly reports.

Responsible for upholding the Service Level Agreements (SLAs), tracking volumes, auditing transactions, and achieving a high level of client satisfaction.

Administer ongoing benefit system activities.

Receive and process import data files containing indicative data, election data, dependent and beneficiary

Generate ad-hoc management reports

Process and fulfill, benefit related materials

Assist with system testing; Web, interfaces and system generated reports for new and ongoing systems

Utilizing case management tool as needed

Develop and maintain system processing documentation and processing calendar

Provide back up for other team members as needed

Attend ongoing client status meeting as needed to establish client relationship

Attend internal project meetings to ensure project continuity into ongoing

Meet service level agreements across all clients

Meet billable hour goals as defined by your manager

Identify potential out of scope work and new opportunities to client teams.

Work closely with Manila and US BA1s to resolve issues and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the services to the clients.

Take initiative to proactively share knowledge and/or experience with team members

Develop strong partnerships with team members

Work collaboratively with other members of the team to meet internal and client objectives

Assist project team with client assignments to deliver timely, within-budget, and high-quality work

Help develop and maintain system processing documentation

Analyze process workflow and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

The Requirements Ability to gain a strong understanding of the administrative process as it relates to Health & Welfare plans Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and Word Professional and responsible approach to work, clients, and colleagues Ability to manage time Ability to organize and prioritize with strong attention to details Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision Ability to complete multiple projects within established deadlinesThis position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until a sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified.Compensation and BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role.CompensationThe base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $50,000-55,000 USD.
