The Infrastructure EDMT Engineer Level I role with the Enterprise Desktop Management Team requires an individual that understands the ever changing and fast paced world of technology and can employ a structured and disciplined approach to design, implementation, project management and documentation. The candidate will be part of a team tasked with the support of a large-scale endpoint computer environment. Primary responsibilities will include the implementation, administration, and optimization of Mobile Device Management, Thin Client endpoints and Imprivata OneSign products. Additional responsibilities will be focused on the use of enterprise technologies to maintain, update and secure Windows, Mac, iOS and Android endpoint devices and essential software. Security is extremely important at Atlantic Health and as such this position should always be aware of the latest security alerts, best practices, and methods of mitigating these issues in production while minimizing user impact and downtime. This entails working closely with our CyberSecurity team.
Minimum 3 years Information Technology experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
Experience with configuration and optimization of iOS & Android mobile devices
Experience with configuration and optimization of Windows desktop operating systems, web browsers and Microsoft Office Products
Practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
