DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician I role within Real Estate Operations has responsibility for routine office cleaning and janitorial services within our Retail and back-office facilities as well as some light maintenance.In this role you will respond to colleague and business requested work orders and have a routine schedule of work orders.Job Benefits:

Primary responsibilities include:

Cleaning, designated facility areas on a regular basis (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)

Traveling to and from facilities within a designated route/radius

Maintaining a stock of supplies, and paper products at each facility

Executing deeper cleaning tasks and special projects when required

Conduct minor repairs and maintenance such as changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles and doing visual inspections

Closing out work orders upon completion using Computerized Maintenance Management System via cellphone or computer access at facilities

Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner with internal Colleagues and external Customers

Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, tools and materials in vehicles

Responsibility for maintaining bank supplied vehicle and phone

Required Skills/Experience:

Experience in janitorial/cleaning role, preferred

Proven customer service experience

Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills

Ability to communicate in English, including reading and writing

Ability to travel as required

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs

Ability to work in confined spaces

Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy

Ability to plan and prioritize workload

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

High School Degree or Equivalent

Valid Driver’s License, required

Hours & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40

Possibility of some overtime during evenings and weekends
