As a Sr Financial Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis activities for our Environmental and Energy Solutions (ESS) Strategic Business Group (SBG). You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to the financial success of the SBG and help drive growth and profitability. You will work with our Finance Director and you’ll work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial performance of the ESS SBG by providing accurate and timely financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, evaluate business performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in driving cost optimization, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Senior Financial Analyst manages Stationary OEM P&L [$200M+] within Stationary refrigerants Businesses. We are looking for a results-oriented finance professional to help drive the business' growth, productivity, and financial performance for Stationary LOB. This challenging, high-exposure position is an excellent developmental opportunity for someone who aspires to hold leadership roles within Finance. And this role requires you to act as a business partner to demonstrate insight of financial analysis techniques, tools and concepts to provide practical counsel to drive results.This role is based in Morris Plains, NJ and works with the Finance Director of Stationary refrigerants Businesses. Acting as COO and financial adviser to the Stationary OEM leadership team to align business decisions which enable performance to quarterly financial commitments Lead the Management Operating System (MOS) to provide right and fast financial information for business decision. Lead the weekly OEM pulse meeting to engage OEM team for driving the business performance. Execute financial strategies to achieve or exceed committed performance. Perform in-depth financial analytics to identify pricing opportunities, cost productivities, Variable Contribution Margin (VCM) and Working Capital improvements. Manage the monthly forecasting process, driving continuous improvement to reduce variances and identify risks / opportunities in the forecast. Monthly accounts reconciliation and entries posting. Provide financial analysis and support to the SIOP process. Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process as well as actively participate in the Strategic Plan (STRAP)ABOUT HONEYWELLHoneywell International Inc.
