- Understanding of IAM processes
- Bachelor’s degree with a technical focus
- Security educational concentration or certification
- IT knowledge of hardware and software systems
- Excellent communication and drive for customer experience
- Good customer liaison skills across all organization levels
- Works well under pressure and delivers quality solutions in a fast and compliant manner
- Red Hat Linux or Microsoft Windows experience a plus
- PowerShell or Java Scripting experience a plus
- SQL scripting skills a plus; Oracle exposure a plus
- SharePoint experience a plus
- Register issues and requests to support queue through ticketing system according to business criticality
- Resolve problems, documents the resolution, and communicates the resolution to the customer
- Works with the customers to implement configuration changes to the applications to meet business needs.
- Perform initial analysis of reported tool issue, resolve the issue or escalate to respective team for resolution
- Participate and contribute to management process by documenting new issues and process in knowledge repository
- Document functional specifications, conversions, upgrades, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflow
- Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts
- Participate in business process and technology initiatives to improve business performance
- Participate in implementation of new business processes and functions as a result of national and divisional initiatives
