Lead the development of KDN Audit's short and long-term strategy in collaboration with the Global Audit Steering Group (GASG), the Global Audit Leadership Team (GALT) and management teams in KDN Audit and KDN HoldCo; collaborate closely across regional Audit leadership teams and member firm Audit leadership teams to successfully execute upon the approved strategy and plan

Establish and manage consistent KDN Audit culture and drive KDN Audit strategy, focusing on senior stakeholder management and adoption of services and oversee quality of services delivered by KDN Audit, while ensuring compliance with GQ&RM policies

Drive cost-effective delivery and establish consistent delivery culture across all KDN group locations; manage financial performance of KDN Audit, aiming for self-funding within three years; evaluate and recommend changes to organizational structure for consistent quality and profitability

Plan and implement effective change management for significant changes; deploy KDN Audit's vision and mission across all delivery centers, regions and member firms

Participate as a member of the Management Team of KPMG Delivery Network Ltd in accordance with the responsibilities and authorities delegated by the Board of KPMG Delivery Network Ltd to that Management Team as a whole

Lead the Management Team of KDN Audit in accordance with the responsibilities and authorities delegated by the Board of KDN Audit to the Management Team as a whole

Act as an signatory of KDN Audit in accordance with conditions prescribed by the Board of KDN Audit from time to time and provide regular updates on progress to plan with the GASG, GALT, Global Audit Quality Council (GAQC) and other senior stakeholder groups as required

Qualifications:

Minimum fifteen years of recent work experience including experience in the professional services, consulting, or accounting industry

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in accounting, finance, or related field from an accredited college/university, CPA or related advanced degree is preferred

Experienced business operator with global P&L track record and business building experience; good understanding of various business issues in a globally focused firm

Prior experience as practice/function lead in consulting or professional services; audit leadership experience with knowledge of processes, challenges and regulatory requirements as well as a demonstrated knowledge of KPMG's audit methodology and KPMG Clara workflow

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong stakeholder and people management skills

Knowledge/experience in global delivery centers in professional services

Must be a strategic thinker with ability to switch between strategic and tactical execution; act as an innovative problem-solver and can work independently and in a team setting

Demonstrable evidence of cross-team collaboration and exhibiting core values
