POSITION SUMMARY:Direct the strategic implementation and success of the Pathways to Recovery, a program that provides work readiness training, job placement, and job coaching to adults who have been affected by opioid addiction. The goal of Pathways to Recovery is to assist participants in obtaining long-term employment. The Program Manager is responsible for the engagement of stakeholders, participants, and the leadership of program staff.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Develops and implements the ENABLE Pathways to Recovery program for adults 18+ who have been affected by opioid use.

Develop and execute a program that includes job exploration counseling, workplace readiness training, and counseling on training opportunities and apprenticeships.

Provide detailed fiscal management and reporting of the Pathways To Recovery program budget.

Develops and implements employer and referral source engagement strategy; meets with employers, schools and colleges, Morris, Sussex, and Warren One-Stop Career Center staff, Workforce Development Board of Northwest New Jersey (WDBNNJ) staff, and program partners, to create awareness of the ENABLE Pathways to Recovery program.

Refer prospective program-eligible individuals to Morris-Sussex-Warren Employment and Training Services (ETS) for WIOA Dislocated Worker assessment and determination.

Develops participant Individual Employment Plan (IEP), resumes, cover letters, portfolios, and/or other program material.

Engage supportive services informed by each participant’s IEP.

Completes all documentation in a timely and professional manner; maintains excellent communication with stakeholders, including monthly reports to WDBNNJ.

Provide placement and job coaching to participants when needed.

Supervise and ensure implementation of training for Employment/Placement Specialists.

Review case notes to ensure completion by all staff daily.

At least 40 hours of work and days are assigned based on the ability to develop relationships and deliver specific success results each week.Travel This position requires regular travel in Morris, Sussex, and Warren Counties, New Jersey. Employees must have a reliable automobile for work-related travel.Mileage reimbursement is available for work-related travel other than commuting.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s (BA or BS) required/

Four years experience in a related social service field or an equivalent combination of related education and experience/

A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with individuals who have been affected by SUD/

A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.

Possession of a valid driver’s license and automobile suitable for reimbursable use of a personal vehicle for work assignments.
