Description Robert Half is working with a fast-growing company to permanent a dedicated Financial Analyst. You will manage financial modeling on a range of financial products as well as measure, analyze, and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans in this position. You will be relied on to advise management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and prepare reports for management. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team serving as a key business partner in areas like forecasting, performance reporting, and expense management. This Financial Analyst role, which is a long-term contract / contract employment opportunity, is based in the Hazlet, New Jersey, area. We seek someone who has internal drive and strong potential for detail oriented growth and development. Create and manage complex month-to-month forecast financial models to provide multiple scenarios and Consolidated results in support of strategic planning and annual budgeting reporting. Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making. Build and maintain effective working relationships in meetings with colleagues, peers, and team members, as well as IT project managers/directors. Handle and validate data from the company’s data warehouse in Excel using VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to allocate weekly performance reports for distribution to the ITLT Leaders. Value and support differences in others, contributing to an inclusive work environment. Demonstrate the ability and willingness to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and experiences to create a collaborative, collegial, and caring community. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
