Job Title: CNC Machinist/ProgrammerPay: $45-$50Location: Millstone, NJJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. As a Master Level CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for developing CNC programs for high-precision metal components. You will collaborate with engineers and machinists to design and optimize machining processes and ensure that components meet customer specifications. Your duties will include developing and testing CNC programs, writing technical documentation, and providing training and support to other programmers and machinists.Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with engineers and machinists to design and optimize machining processes Develop and test CNC programs for high-precision metal components Write technical documentation, including work instruction, process flow charts, and tooling Analyze and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications Provide training and support to other programmers and machinists Monitor machine performance and adjust as necessary Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality Stay up to date with the latest developments in CNC technology and softwareRequirements: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field is a plus At least 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer Expertise in CNC programming and machining processes Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, such as SolidWorks, Mastercam, or GibbsCAM Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementAbout Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
