Description Robert Half is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager of HRIS Analytics to lead our clients' Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) analytics team. The Manager of HRIS Analytics will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR analytics solutions to drive data-driven decision-making within the HR department and across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise in HR systems, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to support strategic HR initiatives.Responsibilities:

Lead the HRIS analytics team in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to support HR processes and initiatives.

Collaborate with HR leadership and other stakeholders to identify key metrics and KPIs to measure HR performance and effectiveness.

Design and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports to track and visualize key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, retention rates, workforce diversity, and recruitment effectiveness.

Utilize advanced statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to analyze HR data and identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights into workforce dynamics, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required.

Experience using Oracle HCM is required.

Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is needed.

Expertise in Ceridian is essential.

A strong understanding of Core HR is necessary.

Experience with Crystal Reports is required.

Knowledge of About Time is an advantage.

Ability to handle Benefit Functions effectively.

Proficiency in Compensation Administration is a must.

Solid understanding of Compliance requirements in HR.

Experience in Hiring Processes and protocols.
