Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. CPA Required.

Qualifications and Work Experience Required :

15+ years of progressive experience in financial roles; preferred experience includes healthcare industry exposure.

10+ years supervisory experience; 5+ years supervising management personnel.

Demonstrated capability and experience in corporate financial reporting, complex accounting and internal controls.

Demonstrated ability to lead and set direction for a number of teams and drive process improvement initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to influence leaders within an organization.

Demonstrated success in recruiting, engaging and managing performance of medium-to-large-scale work groups.

Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, including group presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive corporate governance and internal controls with an applied understanding of Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Demonstrated ability to effectively support business acquisitions, ventures, and partnerships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Serve as an active participant on the Group CFO's Leadership Team to influence senior business leaders and lead innovation and change.

Oversee financial compliance activities for a $7 billion group of divisions, both under Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and Company policy.

Support merger and acquisition activity for the group of divisions, providing deal structuring recommendations and advice, as well as guidance on financial modeling inputs.

Business partner with national and regional sales teams in structuring selling arrangements with customers.

Lead global cross-divisional coordination efforts related to new policy initiatives.

Provide leadership and oversight to the compliance team responsible monitoring interactions and transactions with external consultants.

Review monthly, quarterly and annual financial results for the group of divisions to ensure amounts are properly recorded and disclosed in the financial statements.

Provide oversight to the technical accounting function.

Interface with Corporate Office regarding risk management, treasury, tax planning/execution, budgets, and other matters.

Liaise with internal auditors, external auditors, corporate tax and finance departments to meet regulatory requirements.
