What you will do:

Develops processes and procedures to support the sales process and participates in the development of requirements for sales support systems.

Maintains information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement.

Lead various projects and tasks as required based on business needs, including developing modeling tools and procedures for examining and understanding financial data and provide credible recommendations relative to the data.

Create an inclusive and equitable workplace where all voices are heard and recognized.

Act as a thought leader, build trusted relationships, influence decisions and drive urgency on critical priorities.

High level of self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Advanced understanding of spine business, its competitive environment, and appropriate benchmarks.

High level of communication and partnership with Sales Leadership in order to support the goals and objectives of the Core Spine business unit

​Cost of sales analysis/forecasting at territory and region levels to help inform business decision making

Quota setting / Territory Management

​Compensation plan and incentive compensation development, analysis, and negotiations inclusive of competitive opportunities

Assistance in management of indirect channel partners

Identify process efficiencies in partnering with sales leadership to support the needs of the business

Sales reporting and partnership with Finance around projection/forecasting needs as well as sales-facing expense reporting

Project leader at times and work cross functionally with other departments to ensure the success of a project

What you need:

BS or BA required

8+ years of related work experience

Job requires comprehensive understanding of the concepts and principles in their discipline.

Proficient in MS Excel, SAP or related software​

​$98,000- $210,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.​About StrykerOur benefits:
