What you will do-Manages a team responsible for order management operations between tier 1 distribution centers, manufacturing sites, and local and regional distribution centers across the Stryker network. Performs supply chain and logistics functions, which may include, but are not limited to, order processing and fulfillment, export handling for customer orders, warehouse operations support, shipment discrepancy resolution, and reverse logistics.Responsible for internal customer satisfaction (CRM) including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy. Liaises between customers and manufacturing, franchise planning and operations, sales, field service, warehouse operations and others to intake, process, and fulfill sales orders and resolve issues that are encountered. Establishes performance metrics and reporting and analytics capabilities to evaluate and ensure on-time order fulfillment to customers.Analyzes operational processes, escalation procedures and performs training needs assessments for identifying opportunities for service delivery improvements and value-add to the customers. Identifies and implements solutions to further develop and improve internal customer satisfaction, reduce costs, enhance processes, and optimize the end-to-end supply chain.Additional Responsibilities:

Responsible for a smooth process for fulfillment of internal customer orders from receipt to delivery of the products including export handling and service for patient-specific / custom orders; ensures on-time shipping of customer orders in close collaboration with other functions across the supply chain

Support and advance the global order management strategy and operating plan focused on delivering exceptional internal customer experience in addition to efficiency, reliable transaction operations.

Supports implementation of systems and business processes for operating and managing large volumes of orders and order data in a compliant and profitable manner.

Supporting product launches on behalf of the intercompany order management team and regional partners, and monitoring of orders / launches in close cooperation with franchise according to launch or supply plan.

Ensure intercompany order management activities are in line with the applicable Medical Device Directives, applicable ISO standards, Sarbanes-Oxley, FCPA, Trade Compliance, VAT, Health & Safety, and any other local & international laws, rules & regulations.

Oversee activities related to the local IOM budget and headcount plan, including monthly projections and long-and short-term resource capacity planning.

Ensure 'Right Product, in the Right Quantity, with the Right Quality, at the Right Place, at the Right Time'.

Maintain appropriate and agreed upon KPI's to measure the performance and enable improvement; prepare reports and evaluations as needed.

What you need-

Bachelor's degree- required

8+ years of experience in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Operations, Customer Service, or related fields- required

People leadership experience- highly preferred

Knowledge of IT systems like Oracle and SAP- highly preferred

Experience with change management- preferred

98,000 - 210,100/year salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
