Executive level candidates specifically tend to be very selective when considering a new career opportunity. The majority of candidates at this level are not actively seeking a new position and are therefore deemed 'passive'. As a result, their interview experience requires more strategy, thought and high touch approach. The Executive Candidate Care Specialist plays an integral role in executive level hiring by owning and delivering a top-notch, white glove interview process for not only Stryker's internal and external executive candidates but also the hiring managers, executive recruiters and stakeholder level interviewers. This individual will have day to day exposure to top-level Stryker executives from around the globe and will manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, confidential data management, and travel arrangements.Who we want:Teammates. People who take ownership of their work and need no prompting to drive productivity, change, and outcomes.What you will do:The Executive Candidate Care Specialist will serve as the experience ambassador and primary point of contact throughout the interviewing process for executive level internal and external candidates, providing touchpoints which build value and reiterate Stryker's brand and commitment to talent.

Support and collaborate with executive recruiters to manage full cycle interview process for internal and external candidates

Facilitate virtual, onsite interview schedules, and seamless travel plans, guiding candidates through clear and consistent communication to ensure a positive experience at every step

Ensure an excellent executive candidate experience through timely follow up, high quality communication throughout the interview lifecycle from initial contact to start date

Build and maintain strong relationships with Executive Assistants of Stryker leadership and administrative professionals in order to schedule and coordinate interviews

Demonstrate proactive, detailed and accurate calendar management

Participate and contribute to process innovation within Executive Candidate Care and Executive Talent Acquisition

Deliver work consistently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment by managing time and effort across tasks with competing priorities.

Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, poise, and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information and business matters

The core success factor will be the creation of an extraordinary process for internal and external candidates, hiring managers and recruiters

What you need:Required:

5+ years' experience in a similar role/environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Must have high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to manage time and high workloads.

Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.

Must be able to multitask and bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.

Preferred :

Bachelor's Degree

Recruiting, administrative support, or project coordinator experience

$27.32/hr. - $49.13 /hr., plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.
