Job Title: Contracts AnalystJob DescriptionSeeking a detail-oriented Contracts Analyst to focus on the contract activation segment of the contract lifecycle.
setting up and activating deals in the system post-signature, managing and uploading pricing files
maintaining data integrity while handling large datasets (around 10,000 SKUs on average)
evaluating and implementing pricing strategies, conducting competitive pricing analysis, and coordinating the implementation of pricing proposals across the organization
individual contributor role that requires independent judgment and minimal supervision.
Hard Skills
2+ years of contracts administration experience
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups, Macros)
Experience with Model N or JDE (preferred)
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
Capability to manage difficult conversations and reach resolutions
Job TypeThis is a contract position with a duration of 18 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Mahwah, New Jersey and some days remote.Work EnvironmentRemote position requiring candidates to be in the Eastern Time Zone. Local candidates near Mahwah may have the option to work on-site.
