Oversee and execute data migration projects, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to Windchill, while maintaining data integrity, system performance, and compliance.
Lead and Execute Migration Projects
Utilize Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM 4.0 and above) to lead migration efforts, including non-Windchill to Windchill migrations.
Data Cleansing and Mapping
Conduct data cleaning, mapping workshops, and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
Windchill Expertise & System Optimization
Apply deep knowledge of Windchill 12 modules (BOMs, CAD Management, Change Management, UDI, Document Management) to optimize data migration.
Strategic Process Improvement
Analyze, document, and enhance complex PLM workflows, driving process optimization and best practices within the organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with IT, engineering, and business teams to ensure smooth integration, compliance, and alignment with enterprise-wide strategies.
Project Leadership & Methodology Application
Apply ITIL, SDLC, and Agile methodologies to ensure structured and efficient project execution, while independently managing initiatives from inception to completion.
What you needRequired:
Bachelor's Degree in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
8+ years of experience in leading and executing data migration using Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) - WBM 4.0 and above.
Experience with Windchill 12 modules and architecture and major modules (configuration, processes, integration, migration including add-on products) including BOMs, CAD management, UDI, Change Management, Document Management.
Experience in driving IT methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Development
Preferred:
Master’s degree in MIS or MBA
Experience of PLM in the MedTech Industry (DHF, DMR, UDI)
