Trade Assistant - Underground Maintenance

Our busy Underground Maintenance team are on the hunt for a Trade Assistant. This is an entry-level position well suited to a mechanically individuals, keen to get involved in heavy mining machinery maintenance. Work on specialist underground gear, making sure it is mechanically and electronically maintained in accordance with company policy and to the same specifications as provided for by the Original Equipment ManufacturerEnsure that the safe operational integrity of all underground equipment is never compromisedTo control costs by effective expenditure and wastage managementEnsure a high standard of housekeeping is maintained both on the surface and undergroundFull training will be available and possible long-term opportunity to start or continue an apprenticeship.
