Description A busy company in the Lake Hiawatha area is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join their growing company. This Human Resource Manager will get the chance to implement their own policies and procedures and build a team under them in addition to the current staff. The ideal Human Resource Manager will have experience in both large and smaller companies and have the ability to work more in a standalone capacity to start. If this Human Resource Manager has any prior experience in manufacturing, that is a plus. Other responsibilities of this Human Resource Manager will include but not be limited to:
Handling onboard/offboard for new hires/employees exiting
Overseeing employee benefit programs
Managing employee relations
Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workspace
Ensuring compliance (federal, state, and local employment laws)
Developing/implementing organizational strategies
Facilitating training and development programs
Act as strategic partner to President to ensure organizational development
This Human Resource Manager role is paying between $100,000 - $130,000 annually depending on experience. If interested in this Human Resource Manager position apply today! Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field preferred
SHRM a plus
5+ years in HR Management capacity
Knowledge of employment laws in multiple states
Proficient in HRIS systems
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication (written and verbal)
