- Proven Sr RPA developer with 5+ years experience with UiPath
- Experience developing bots that access/update SAP
- Ability to clearly understand and dissect complex processes, which leads to making recommendations on effective and scalable RPA architecture and designs
- Ability to coach and mentor junior developers
- Good communication skills
- Experience with OCR is a plus
