As the Controlling Manager, you will partner with the Head of Production of your respective Production Group as well as Customer Group, to set and drive the holistic sourcing strategy through data-driven insights to maximize customer value. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH What is Production? We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.  WHO YOU ARE We are looking for people with… You bring strategic, data driven insights to establish clear goals and roadmaps per Production Groups/Customer Group that will secure strong business results. You co-create a holistic sourcing strategy; set connected seasonal and annual goals to deliver the best customer value throughout our end-to-end supply chain. In doing so, you also oversee the execution of set roadmaps across our production countries. You collaborate with the respective business stakeholders in Production Group, Assortment speaking partners of Product Organization, along with the Key stakeholders across central functions, regional/country and beyond, setting a global way of working that produce strong analysis to bring clarity in changing business environments. You actively drive our Sustainability agenda for H&M brand to further strengthen our role as a responsible buyer and be a leader in transforming the fashion industry. You lead your team through agility and autonomy. You know your team’s strengths to develop them accordingly with the right plans and resources.
