Job Description
Including but not limited to:
-Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
-Use CCC Estimating software to assess vehicle damage and develop accurate repair estimates.
-Evaluate and identify necessary repairs and replacements based on vehicle damage and manufacturer guidelines.
-Prepare clear and detailed repair estimates, explaining required work and associated costs to customers.
-Maintain consistent communication with clients and insurance partners to ensure a smooth repair process and timely completion.
-Work closely with the team to ensure all repairs meet the highest quality standards
Qualifications
-MUST have previous Auto Body Estimating ( 3 Years Preferred)
-Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Auto Body Shop Estimator or in a related position
-Strong understanding of auto body repair techniques and processes.
-Excellent communication and customer service abilities
-Proficiency in CCC software, including estimating and invoicing tools
-Must have insurance estimating experience.
-Basic computer skills.
-Ability to maintain good customer relationships.
-DRP Experience is a plus.
-ICAR is a plus.

-8am-5pm
Pay
-Range $60,000-$100,000, based on experience.
