As a high-volume dealer, we are expanding our team and seeking skilled and reliable installers for SunSetter retractable awnings.

Job Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain SunSetter retractable awnings at customer locations.
Follow precise installation guidelines for SunSetter products to ensure quality and longevity.
Measure and mount awnings securely, ensuring proper fit and operation.
Assemble and install awning hardware, motors, and accessories.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation or product issues on-site.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on awning operation and care.
Ensure that all installations meet local building codes and company standards.
Maintain proper inventory and tools required for installation.
Use cloud-based software to communicate with the office, track job status, and update customer information in real-time.
Qualifications:
Experience with retractable awnings, outdoor product installations, or similar construction/installation work is preferred.
Familiarity with SunSetter retractable awning products is a plus.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other specialized installation equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to use simple technology, including cloud-based software for communication and job tracking between the office and field.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
