Complete Restoration LLC is looking for an enthusiastic person wanting to expand their career opportunities. Applicants must be a proven independent worker, skilled in all areas of general construction. Must be proficient in drywall hanging/finishing, interior trim, cabinetry, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work. Responsibilities Include:
Responding to jobs, producing on jobs, and managing jobs
Communicating with property owners, home owners, and insurance adjusters
Plan and execute the work
Manage the material needs
Providing daily updates to Production Manager/Owner
Finish projects on time and within budget are a high priority
Must provide your own hand tools
Minimum Qualifications
3-5 Years of experience in the construction industry is a must
Strong time-management and people skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Must pass a background and criminal check
Must possess a driver's license
Ability to lift and/or move 50 pounds
Ability to work in tight spaces, climb ladders
