The Service Technician will be working with a variety of instruments in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The ideal candidate for this position has at least three to five years of experience working in the HVAC Field.
Has strong Mechanical Skills and is able to maintain a high level of customer service. The successful Technician will also be familiar with the complexity of various systems and equipment for Commercial and Residential HVAC systems and Controls. Must be able to quickly and accurately diagnose problems and resolve it. The technician should have excellent communication skills to maintain a relationship with our customers and/or build a relationship with new customers.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose the Service problem correctly within first Hour of Arrival.
Document the issue by taking pictures and recording product Model, Amp & Serial Numbers so the Service Manager is able to order proper replacement parts.
Install replacement parts correctly, start up and verify proper operation.
Explain to customers why a repair will take the man hours quoted.
Respond quickly to emergency calls.
Deal with difficult customers to smooth out the situation at hand.
Be available to work overtime when needed. Rotating on call Weekends, Weekdays.
Utilize a Field Service application program on your mobile devise or Tablet.
Maintain inventory Log of service parts required on Service Vehicle.
