We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator & Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about landscaping, driven to grow professionally, and ready to contribute to our mission of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate material take-offs from plans and specifications.
Source and procure landscaping materials, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
Prepare detailed estimates and cost analysis using Excel and other tools.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing and availability.
Work with PDFs, blueprints, and other project documents to create comprehensive estimates.
Collaborate with the sales team to support project bids and secure new business.
Maintain organized records of all sourcing and estimating activities.
Foster strong relationships with clients by supporting their vision and ensuring project success.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Local to Monmouth County or willing to commute within our service area.
Experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
