Construction Laborer / Driver – Full-Time – $18–$23/hr
All Around Construction in Belmar, NJ is hiring a full-time Laborer/Driver to assist with logistics, general labor, and job site support. This is a key support role ideal for someone reliable and organized who’s looking to build a long-term career in the trades.
Responsibilities:
Jobsite pickups and deliveries (materials, tools, dump runs, etc.)
Load and unload materials at sites and shop
Trash removal, debris cleanup, and jobsite maintenance
Assist with light service work and minor repairs as needed
Maintain a clean work van and accurate material records
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Reliable and able to manage a daily task list
Physically capable of lifting materials
Attention to detail and pride in keeping sites clean and functional
Basic understanding of tools and construction.
Compensation & Benefits:
$17–$22/hr based on experience and reliability
Paid holidays
PTO option after 1 year
