Position: Right-Hand Man/Woman to a Busy Owner

Location: Colts Neck, New Jersey (Design Studio)

About Us: our design co is at the forefront of the floral and event planning industry in Colts Neck, New Jersey. Our creativity and passion for design transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences. We're seeking a dynamic, resourceful individual to be the right-hand man/woman to our very busy owner, someone ready to dive into the world of beauty, creativity, and meticulous planning that defines our business.

Role Overview: As the go-to person for our owner, you will be immersed in a variety of tasks that require quick thinking, multitasking, and a hands-on approach. This role is not just about assisting; it's about becoming an integral part of our creative process, learning the ins and outs of the floral industry, and contributing to the success of our large-scale events.

Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive support to the owner, facilitating efficient and effective decision-making.Quickly learn and adeptly use software applications such as HoneyBook, Notion, and G Suite to manage projects and communicate with clients and vendors.Engage creatively in group projects and show initiative in independent tasks.Be willing to perform a wide range of tasks, from administrative duties to getting hands-on with event setup and floral design.Embrace the learning curve, showing a keen interest in the floral industry and event planning.

Qualifications:No prior experience in the floral or event planning industry required – we are committed to full training for the right candidate.Strong multitasking skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively under pressure.

Proficiency in basic applications like HoneyBook, Notion, and G Suite.A "can-do" attitude, ready to tackle tasks both big and small.Open-mindedness and a genuine interest in learning about the floral industry.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Work Environment:This position is based in our vibrant design studio in Colts Neck, New Jersey. While primarily an on-site role, remote work may become an option in the future.Be part of a close-knit team that values creativity, hard work, and fun.
