Well established company seeking a manager or senior manager to oversee 5 or more direct report managers.
You should have:
7+ years of sales management for in home sales of high ticket item sales (windows, doors, roofing, hvac, siding, etc)
P & L Responsibility of 10mm+
Have managed 5 or more direct reports
This is more than just a sales manager role, it's very senior with lots of responsibility, excellent benefits, strong compensation and a solid company. OTE of 175k+
