Inbound Sales Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing team in Toms River, NJ. This is an in-office position that involves handling inbound phone calls from customers interested in car warranty solutions. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a positive attitude, and is ready to start a rewarding career with paid training and weekly pay.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound phone calls exclusively—no cold calling or outbound dialing.
Explain product options and guide customers toward the right car warranty solution for their needs.
Close sales and earn bonuses and weekly commissions.
Provide excellent customer service on every call.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
A positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
Prior sales experience is a plus (e.g., call center, vacation packages, or solar sales), but is not required. We offer paid training to ensure your success.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: Hourly base pay + bonuses + weekly commission.
