Growing commercial cleaning company is looking to add to the team. We are currently looking for a part time Janitorial sales and operations supervisor.
The job duties of this position will include.
Sales/Account Aquisition
Doing building/account inspections to check the quality of the cleaning
Making reports of each inspection and submitting them to the owner
Addressing any cleaning issues during building inspections (dusting, cleaning, etc)
Delivering supplies to our accounts
Making cold calls to business trying to set appointments to give cleaning quotes
Going on appointments/walk-throughs to potential new clients
Communicate any issues to cleaning staff and management
This will be a part time position to start off with and growing into a full-time position as we continue to expand the business. The main goals of this position is to help grow the company through sales and account acquisitions, and to help retain our current customers and assist with the overall daily operations of our business that are listed above.
We are looking for someone with the following qualities and experience.
Prior sales experience helpful and preferred
Cleaning and or janitorial background helpful and preferred
Self-Starter
Attention to detail.
Customer service oriented.
Outgoing personality.
Reliable transportation.
Professional, responsible & reliable.
Desire to make commissions through sales.
Hard worker that will give his or her best effort.
Ok with driving to customer locations and to appointments for potential new clients.
