Eco Homes, a manufactured home dealership located in Central NJ, is seeking a Manufactured Home Sales Representative to create a world-class home buying experience for customers. The role involves assisting customers in identifying floor plans, selecting options, and coordinating the construction and financing process.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of relationship driven business to consumer sales, preferably at one employer
General understanding of the retail environment
General understanding of manufactured homes
Ability to walk customers through the home financing process from beginning to end.
Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to excel and contribute to a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work the required schedule.
Professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to walk the lot and show homes throughout all seasons
Subject to criminal background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
Create a world-class home buying experience by assisting customers in identifying a floor plan, selecting options, and coordinating the construction and financing process
Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up with prospective buyers via the company’s CRM system
Assist in maintaining the appearance of the display homes
Develop, refine, and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase home center traffic
Show prospects display homes, and demonstrate features and benefits to create added value
Set home center visits utilizing the prospect database and converting ad calls and web leads
Participate in all sales meetings, training opportunities, and other company-sponsored functions
Salary: 40k/yearly base salary, with commissions on home sales. Approximate goal $100,000 per year.
