I am looking for a part time personal assistant to help me with a variety of things. Pay is negotiable and will be what you think you deserve or more. The key is complete dedication and flexibility. Prior experience is important, any management experience also helps. The most important requirement is that you are trust worthy, honest, and hardworking.

For this position to work for you, you have to not feel above anything I need. I am trying to merge multiple things I need assistance with in my life. For the right person, this could be perfect. The position will include office work, house work, driving and other tasks.
Office Work
-Filing and organizing at home or in office
-sorting and prioritizing bills and sending reminders
-opening mail
-Making phone calls as needed
House work
-Grocery shopping and organizing kitchen etc
-General organization, closets, clothes etc
-Dropping off or doing Laundry, Dry cleaning
-Decorating
-House cleaning once a week
Driving
-Delivering important documents
-Driving to vendors or other places within 1 hour of home base
-Airport drop offs in corporate car
I need someone super organized, that can take direction well, remember priorities and get them done, to assist me in organizing some of the most important portions of my life. I need a lot of help at home, I have a big house and I work and travel a lot. You should be the type of person that enjoys cleaning, organizing, keeping a kitchen organized etc.
I am flexible with the hours but we can agree on a set number per week. Some of the hours need to be on call as needed, and we should have one full day a week to continuously keep the house where it needs to be. When we start we can work several days or even a couple weeks to get everything initially organized and then after that it’s general up keep.
iPhone is preferred for communication. Should have good computer skills.
