Global Management Consulting Firm located in Summit, NJ is seeking to hire a Temporary Office Experience Specialist to support the Office Experience, Events and Concierge functions of the New Jersey Office. This position will start ASAP and go through October/November, requiring 5 days/week on-site from 8am-5pm with availability after-hours for events as needed. The ideal candidate has high-touch service industry experience and top notch professionalism. This role will sit at the Concierge desk and act as the first point of contact upon office entry. Pay rate up to $30/hour.Responsibilities:Concierge Services:Greet visitors in a professional, courteous manner and aid with the following:Act as point of contact for questions related to parking, office amenities, local areaHelp visitors & employees navigate the officeProvide visitors and employees with parking instructions and distribution of passes if neededHandle check-in process & registration prior to visit for employees, Clients, Visitors, Candidates & Vendors through ProxyclickCommunicate effectively and professionally via phone, email, and in person, with all levels of BCG staff, clients, and guestsTake accurate messages: obtain callers name, time of call, company name, and forward message into voicemailReceive incoming packages and deliveries from a variety of couriers and manage outgoing packages. Manage package inventory so overdue packages are delivered to recipient or returned to senderArrange taxi transportation as neededArrange catering for small teams/meetingsInform Office Experience team of maintenance concernsAssist with general office projects as necessaryOffice Experience and Events:Support events agenda for the office from staff wide offsite events, in house events, smaller cohort gatherings, meetings, Social Impact events and projects etc.Event researchVendor research and communicationSurvey creation and analysesOnsite event coordination, facilitation, and breakdownOrdering and coordinating catering by setting up, maintaining, and breaking down food and beverages for numerous office meetings, events, trainings, and staff lunches.Assist with event communication and marketingAssist with expense reconciliationQualifications:High-touch service industry and event support experience requiredProficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (for tracking) and PowerPointHighly organized, detail-oriented and maturePolished presentation with customer-service oriented mentalityBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
